Gets 1 Rogue pick per level, and 50 Rogue points per level.
Divide the cost of barrels by LVL+1. Your sale value is also divided by this amount (you can't use this ability to gain money). The cost for barrels is per barrel; if you buy 10, you have "Capital E Enough" of them and do not need to keep track of them.
Level N (every level): +1 wear location for barrels. CF=4: +1 limb.
Level 1: Your barrels may use +1 Weapon Adjective each.
Level 1: 0: Equip a barrel. 1N: Remove a barrel.
Level 1 ¶: Spend double the gp cost of a barrel: Upgrade the elemental type of that barrel by +1 E. Add one additional dice of damage to the barrel. CF=4: -1 crit range, +1 crit multiplier.
Level 2 ¶: Damage you do with barrels hits a whole group, all of the damage is splash.
Level 2 ¶: Divide the cost of [E4.2] Weapon Flags by LVL for barrels. CF=4: Divide by LVL*2.
Level 3 ¶: Damage you do with barrels moves with the group and splashes for 10 segments.
Level 4 ¶: You may use Eelements to upgrade barrels in addition to elements. CF=4: You may use status effects of SL=LVL. Use status effect mage for the list of status effects.
